TELMS stands for Technology Enhanced Learning Mentoring Support and it is a pan-European project funded through the Erasmus+ programme. The project recognises that teaching staff need to be supported in their efforts to embed digital technology into their classroom practices. TELMS provides an overview of the mentoring process, guidelines, along with a range of tools and resources to support teachers enhance student learning through the use of digital technologies.
The TELMS project partners (from Ireland, Northern Ireland, Slovenia and Italy) have captured how they adapted the mentoring process for their organisations and they have also shared their materials and resources via the project website.
The project website contains a wide array of resources and it is expected that the TELMS Online Platform will grow into a permanent and evolving resource that can be used to support the ongoing professional development of VET teachers in digital education and training.
